1. How much is a seat sponsorship and can I purchase more than one?
Each seat is available for $2500. You may purchase as many seats as you would like, although only one per transaction.

2. What do I do if a group of us want to go in on one seat?
One person must be the point person for making the purchase, but we hope and encourage family and friends to work together to sponsor a seat. Feel free to call the Development Office at 773-797-5520 and we can facilitate a group effort.

3. Can I pledge this gift over multiple years?
Yes! You may pledge during a period of up to two years. To submit your gift, please print this brochure, which provides space for detailing your preferred payment schedule, as the website accommodates direct gifts only.

4. Is there a way to get a bigger plaque on my seat?
All plaques on the seats will be the same size.

5. Where will the plaque be on the seat?
The plaques will be attached to the lip of the seat, the metal portion just below the cushion. As the seats are spring-loaded, the plaque will be visible until someone pulls the seat down to sit in it.

6. Will you notify whomever I am honoring?
We will send you a Certificate of Dedication so that you can share the news of your gift in honor or memory of a loved one.

7. When is my plaque going to be installed?
The first group of plaques were installed during the fall of 2009. Plaque installations will take place a few times each year. Please call the Development Office at 773-797-5513 if you would like to inquire about the next installation scheduled.

8. What about other sponsorship opportunities?
There are many ways to support the Founding Our Second Century Campaign. Campaign gifts of more than $150,000 will be recognized throughout the building with naming recognition. Please contact the Development Office at 773-797-5520 if you are interested in a sponsorship at this level or higher.

9. How long will my plaque be up?
For the life of the seat in the auditorium, which, although not forever, we hope is a very long time.

10. Does everyone receive a Certificate of Dedication?
Yes, every seat sponsored will receive a customized certificate, which will be sent to you unless you indicate otherwise.
